You can tell us your price range, number of bedrooms and baths, whether you want a view from the top of mountain, or a valley home with a mountain view, or maybe you want a home by a creek. Whatever your criteria, we can take this information and plug it into our multiple listing system and develop a “listing cart” for you within our multiple listing system. You can view your listing cart from the comfort of your home or office and see information sheets and photos of each listing we select for you. As new listings come on the market matching your criteria, they will be added to your listing cart. You can select homes you like from your listing cart and we can set up appointments for you to see those homes when you visit.

When you do come to visit, you will find that we are extremely easy to deal with. We like to make you feel totally at home and find you are working with a friend who actually has your best interest at heart. Our promise to you: You will never feel pressured! When showing you homes, we will point out both positive and negative aspects of each home or property being considered. One more important item: Real estate commissions are paid by the seller. We will represent you in finding that special home or property, and in negotiating the best price and terms, all at no cost to you.
